Contact Data Fields
The Contact Info screen displays all fields for which a value has been entered. Click or tap + to create a new Contact. Click or tap the Edit icon to change the Contact details.
Name: enter the Full name of the Contact.
Is Lead: (*) check if the Contact is a Sales Lead. See
Leads.
Job Title: title of Contact within a Company. Example: "Sales Director".
Company: organization the Contact belongs to as an employee. If the Company does not already exist, tap + on mobile or click Add New at the bottom of the combo on the web, to create it.
Email: Contact's email address.
Email 2: (*) a second email.
Mobile: mobile phone number.
Phone: fixed-line phone number.
Phone 2: (*) another fixed-line phone number.
Fax: fax number.
Web Site: (*) URL of the contact's blog or web site.
Skype: (*) contact's Skype name.
Address: enter the Street, City, Zipcode, State, Country. The Position field contains the geo-coordinates. See

Group: one or more groups that the contact belongs to.
Region: (*) region that the contact belongs to.

Owner: (*) one or more Upvise users who own this Contact. See
Ownership Assignment
Products: (*) one or more Products that the client is interested in. See
Sales app Catalog of Products
Related Companies: (*) one or more other Companies that the contact may be related to.
Salutation: (*) how to address the person, e.g. Mr, Mrs, Dr,.. Used in the Name and Address block of PDF exports (Quotes, Invoices, Jobs, Projects,..)
Note: (*) enter a general note or description related to the person. N.B. this is different from the
external Notes that you can add to the Contact.
Photo: (web only) upload a picture of the person, which will appear as a thumbnail in the Contact view. Note that the picture will be resized to 90*90.
Employee Code and Hourly Rate: (Staff only) for contacts who are listed in My Team, used in the Jobs app to compute Labour cost.
(*) field appears when you tap "Show More" details in the Edit screen on mobile.
