Leads
A Lead is a contact that is a potential customer for your business, i.e. a sales lead.
To flag a Contact as a Lead, edit the Contact and check the box 'Is Lead' (appears in Show More section of the Edit screen on mobile).
Leads can be accessed from the main screen on mobile, or the Left pane menu on the web.
