Forms and Subsystem Questions

In your web account, click on Forms in the Setup section of the Left Pane menu.

Click on + to add a new Subsystem and enter the Name and Rank, i.e. position in the ordered list of subsystems.

Open the Subsystem and click on + to add a new Question. See Question Fields.

Repeat the above steps to enter all the Subsystems of your assets and all the Questions related to each Subsystem.

You can also import Questions and Subsystems. Click on the Upload cloud icon in the Forms view. Select and upload an Excel XLSX or CSV file from your local drive.

Import Questions spreadsheet format

The spreadsheet column names are formatted as follows:

id: (optional) this is a unique identifier of the Question. If not present, the system automatically generates an identifier and creates a new Question. If present, the Question with this id gets updated.

Subsystem: name of the subsystem the Question belongs to. If the name does not already exist, the subsystem is created automatically.

Chapter: chapter number or document reference that the Question relates to (text field)

Rank: position of the Question in the Form list (integer)

Label: text of the Question

Label2: text of the Question in the Localized Language

Discipline: "Electrical" or "Mechanical"

Required: "No" means that a positive answer is not required. If the answer to the Question is No, the test does not fail.
"Pre-Commissioning": means that the Questions must be answered by Yes for the Asset to be Released for Pre-Commissioning
"Commissioning": means that the Questions must be answered by Yes for the Asset to be Released for Commissioning
