Setup Users
In your web account, click on
Users in the Setup section of the Left Pane menu.
This will display the list of Users that have been created in your Upvise account, i.e. the same users that are listed in your account Settings / Manage Users section.
Click on each User to specify a
Role:
Site Manager: creates Assets, manages Forms and Questions. Starts an Inspection on an Asset by assigning the Electrical and Mechanical Supervisor to the Asset.
Electrical Supervisor: responsible for completing all the Questions for all Subsystems of an Asset in the electrical discipline.
Mechanical Supervisor: responsible for completing all the Questions for all Subsystems of an Asset in the mechanical discipline.
Project Manager: can see everything but does not perform any action.
Subcontractor: an external User who can have Punch items assigned.
