Add Punch Items during Inspection
A Punch Item is created
automatically when a Supervisor answers 'Not OK' to a Question.
A Punch Item can also be added
manually at anytime to an Asset. Goto the Asset View and tap or click +
Description: provide details about the issue reported.
Location: includes the AssetID and other info required to locate the problem.
Priority: defaults to Medium. When set to High, the Punch Item appears in the High Priority list in the global Punch Items section.
Rectification Due date: requested date by which the issue must be fixed.
Assigned To: optionally assign a user in your staff to be responsible for the rectification.
Photo: one or more pictures can be taken with the camera and attached to the punch item.
