Manage Punch Items
You can access a global view of all Punch Items from the main screen on mobile or the left pane menu in your web account.
In each Asset view, you can also access the list of Punch Items related specifically to the Asset.
- The global view lists the Punch items that need to be Assigned to a person reponsible for fixing the issue, e.g. a Subcontractor.
- After a Punch item has been fixed, the person assigned to the repair, taps to Complete the job.
- Completed Punch Items appear in the To Close or Completed section. The Manager validates the rectification, then taps to Close the item.
