Specify Customer and Dates
To specify the recipient Client and dates of a Quote or Invoice
On your mobile:
- Open the Quote or Invoice and tap the Company field.
- Select an existing Company or tap + to create a new one. The Company is mandatory.
- Optionally tap the Contacts field and select one or more linked contacts.
- Tap the Edit icon in the toolbar and tap Date or Valid Until or Due Date in the Edit screen to change the date and Quote validity date, or the Invoice due date.
- Tap the Done icon.
In your web account:
- Edit the Quote or Invoice and click on the Company field.
- Select an existing Company or click Add New at the bottom of the dropdown list to create a new one
- Optionally tap the Contacts field and select one or more linked contacts.
- Click the Date and Valid Until or Due Date fields in the Edit screen to change the date and Quote validity date, or the Invoice due date.
- Click the Done icon.
