Client Signature (Mobile only)
When you Confirm a Quote or a Receive a Purchase Order, you can request for the validation of the confirmation or receipt with a Signature from a Client or Manager.
To activate this functionality, check the 'Ask for Client Signature' option in the Sales
Options menu / Quotes tab.
After you tap Mark Confirmed for a Quote or Recived for a P.O. on your mobile, the next screen displays a field to hand draw a Signature. The Quote or P.O Receipt cannot be Confirmed until a Signature
has been filled in and you tap Done.
