Low Stock Warning
You can get notified when the Stock amount for a given Product goes
below a certain threshold.
You can set this value in the Low Stock Warning Threshold field in the Sales web app
Options menu / Catalog tab.
This general setting applies to all Products. You can however
override the value for an
individual Product, by editing the Product and setting a different
value in the Low stock warning threshold field.
Whenever the Stock amount of a Product becomes equal to or lower than the threshold, an
email notification is sent to all admins and managers of your account.
The Stock amount is highlighted in orange.
When a Low Stock Product is added to a Quote, a warning is displayed to confirm whether product should be added.
The
Dashboard in the Catalog section displays a Low Stock indicator. Click on it to see the
list of Products with Low Stock.
