Sales Tax %: default value used to set the Sales tax% field when creating a new Product in the Sales catalog. If this option is not set, the Sales tax defaults to 0%.
Sales Tax Label: label displayed next to the Sales tax amount in Quotes, Invoices, etc... The default label is "Sales Tax". But it can be changed to "VAT" or "GST", etc... according to your country's local regulations.
Archive Email: if this field is not empty, whenever a Quote is confirmed or a Purchase Order received, a PDF version is generated and sent to this email, e.g. for archiving purposes.

Use user initials prefix for Record Number:
In addition to the automatic
Quote or Invoice numbering scheme, you can choose to insert the first 3 letters of your initials as a prefix to every Quote, Invoice, P.O. or P.S. number you create.
The prefix is built using your Upvise username (first letter of your First name and first 2 letters of your Last name).
Example: if your Upvise name is "John Doe", the Quote name will be: "2016-JDO-00xx"
Only Admin can edit Record Number: the Number of a Quote, Invoice, P.O. or P.S. can in general be modified in the Edit screen. You can restrict this right to Administrators only, i.e not Managers and not Standard users, by checking this option.
