Currency: the main currency which will be used as the default currency when you create deals, quotes, invoices, products.
Choose a currency from the pre-defined list of major currencies.
Click Add New in the drop-down list to set
your own Currency. Enter the name of your Currency as either an acronym of a full name. This will be used as the display label for the currency in Quotes, Products, etc..
Exchange Rates: specify exchange rates from your Main Currency to other currencies you use. All Dashboard totals and amounts are displayed in your main
Currency and the exchange rates are applied in the calculations in case of deals, quotes or invoices in different currencies.
Click on "New Rate" to enter a new currency rate. You will be asked to enter the exchange rate with the main Currency.
Example: if the main Currency is USD and you want to use the Euro, you have to enter the rate for 1 USD = xx Euros.
The system keeps track of the last date the exchange rate was updated.
