Mark an Invoice as Paid
When an Invoice is first created, it has the status
Open. It is the draft version that you can edit, add products or services to, before sending it to your Client.
When the Invoice is ready,
send it to your Client.
If the Invoice is paid by the Client, open the Invoice and tap or click the Mark As Paid button. The Invoice status moves to the
Paid list.
When you export the Invoice to PDF, the Payment is displayed and Balance due is shown as zero.
