Close your Deal
When a Deal reaches its final stage, you can decide to close it as Won or Lost.
- Open a Deal in the Sales app and tap on Edit
- Tap on the Status field and select Closed Won or Closed Lost in the popup. Then tap the Done icon in the toolbar
N.B.: the Status is different from the Stage. The Status indicates whether a Deal is Open or Closed. The Stage indicates the progress of Deal in the Sales Pipeline.
Closed Won or Lost deals appear in the
Closed Deals section of the Deals screen on mobile and the Closed Won or Lost tabs of Deals in the web account.
