Forms are the collection of data fields you want to capture during the inspection of an Asset.
A Site is a geographical location where an Inspection takes place. A Site has an address and contains a list of Assets.
Asset Groups represent the different types of Assets, for example Aircons, Projectors, Computers...
Each Group MUST have one Form linked to it. All Assets in the group will be inspected using this Form.
An Asset is a physical item (machine, equipment,...) which is located in a Site and belongs to a Group.
Use the Location field of the asset to specify its location within the Site.
An Inspection consists of going to a given Site at a given date, on a recurring basis, to inspect a predefined set of Assets
Inspections must be assigned to a User and completed by filling in a Form for the Assets on the Site
