The list of assets to inspect is displayed in the inspection screen
Tap on the first asset to inspection to start filling in the form for it.
Fill each field of the form. Mandatory fields are indicated with an asterisk at the end of the label
Once the form is completed, tap the Done button to go to the previous screen
Repeat the process for all assets in the list
Tap on the Search icon to filter assets in the list
Filter the asset list by Location using the Sort Button in the toolbar
Scan the asset barcode by tapping the camera icon to find quickly the asset on the list
You can also put your Android phone on top of the Asset NFC tag to start the inspection form
Inspection Form Status & Color
Not Started (yellow) : the inspection form has not started yet
Incomplete (red) : the form is started but some mandatory fields have not been filled-in
Completed (green) : the form has started and all mandatory fields have been filled in
Note:
If no field has been marked as mandatory in the Form, initial status will be Not Started and once the inspector taps on the form to start it,
it will change to Complete, even if no field has been entered.
