You can manually create a new inspection on the web or mobile
Click on Inspections from the left pane on the web
Click on the + icon in the toolbar, then click Recurring Inspection
Select a Site (mandatory)
Select an inspection date (default is today)
Select a Period (default is 2 weeks)
Assign the inspection to a staff (optional). You can do it at a later stage
Enter a description for the inspection (optional)
Go to the Assets to Inspect tab, and check one or more assets to inspect
On this screen, you can filter assets by Location, using the Location button on the toolbar
Inspection Period
The maintenance app is all about recurring inspections. Once the inspection plan has been setup and the first inspection has been submitted:
As soon as an inspection is submitted, the next inspection occurrence will be created automatically
The new inspection date is computed from the inspection sumbission date plus the inspection period
Upvise always ensures it fits the same day of week as the current inspection
Note:
If the inspection period is a multiple of one month, the new inspection day may not necessarily be the same day of week, as it may fall on a Saturday or Sunday
It means the next actual date could be a few days more or less than the exact specified period for the inspection
