Digital Signature and Legal Notice
When a Form moves from one state to the next, it is possible to enforce validation by a digital Signature on the mobile.
Example:
1st State Name = 'Submitted' with Action Button Label = 'Approve'
2nd State Name = 'Approved' with Action Button Label = '' (empty string)
If
Digital Signature Required to Reach this State is checked in the Edit State screen for the 2nd State 'Approved', a Signature screen will be displayed
after a user clicks on the 'Approve' button in the 1st State. The Form cannot move to the State 'Approved' until the Signature has been entered.
If the
Legal Notice field is filled in the Edit State screen for the 2nd State 'Approved', this notice will be displayed after a user clicks on the 'Approve' button in the 1st State,
in a prompt message that the user has to confirm. The Form cannot move to the State 'Approved' if the message has not been confirmed.
