Forms
Display Web Forms on 2 columns: applies to the web app, for the Form View and Edit screens. Check this option if you have Forms with a very large number of fields, to optimize screen space and reduce scrolling.
When creating new Forms from other apps, display only Templates with same Linked Record:
Example in a Contact screen, the Add Form menu will display only templates that are configured with a Linked Record of type Contact. If unchecked, all templates will be listed.
PDF Archive Email: A PDF export of each Form will automatically be sent to this email when it reaches its final state, e.g. Submitted or other states if a Workflow is defined.
Keep a copy of the Archived Form PDF in Files app: the PDF Archive is stored as a File in Upvise Files.
Use user initials prefix for Record number:
The name of a new Form is automatically set to the form Template name, to which the
Next Form ID is appended.
You can choose to insert the first 3 letters of your initials as a prefix to every Form you create.
The prefix is built using your Upvise username (first letter of your First name and first 2 letters of your Last name).
Example: if your Upvise name is "John Doe" with a template named "My Test Template" the first Form name will be: "My Test Template JDO-1"
