Groups and Regions
Groups:
Click on New Group to create a group, and click on a Group to edit or delete it.
Name: Name of the Group
Owner of the Group: a Standard user can only see groups that he/she owns or else 'Unassigned' groups with no owner.
Favorite: when checked, a shortcut to the Group appears in the Left pane menu on the web.
Map color: Contacts and Companies belonging to the Group are displayed in this color in the Map view (default color being red).
Regions:
Click on New Region to create a region, and click on a Region to edit or delete it.
