Commissioning Workflow
The Inspection of an Asset is started by the Site Manager who assigns an Electrical and a Mechanical Supervisor to the job.
The Supervisors perform the tests on site on the Asset, and fill in the questions related to their discipline on their mobile.
An Inspection is Completed when all questions have been answered and both supervisors and the site manager have signed off the inspection.
If all the tests have passed, i.e. there are no questions which have been answered by "No", the Asset can be 'Released'.
If at least one question has been answered by "No", the Asset cannot be 'Released', and the Inspection must be restarted.
