Completion of Inspection

The Completion of an Inspection must be validated both by the Supervisors and the Site Manager.

The Supervisor:

• Opens the Asset from the In Progress section
• Taps or clicks Complete
• Enters a note, location and mandatory Signature

Notes:
- If not all Questions in the Supervisor's discipline have been answered, a warning message wil be displayed and the Inspection cannot be Completed.
- If the Asset is 'In Progress 100%' and the Supervisor cannot see any Complete button, this means that the isnpection has already been completed by the Supervisor and is pending completion by the other Supervisor or by the Site Manager.

The Site Manager:

• Opens the Asset from the In Progress section
• Taps or clicks Complete
• Enters a note, location and mandatory Signature

Note: if not all Questions have been answered by the Supervisors, a warning message will be displayed and the Inspection cannot be Completed.

After Completion by the Supervisors, then by the Site Manager, the Asset moves to the Completed state.
