Asset Fields
Asset ID: alphanumerical unique identifier of the Asset. Example: PC-001, MAC-00021
Model: model name or number.
Location: detailed situation of the Asset within a Site. Example: 1st Floor Meeting Room, Basement,..
Geo-Coordinates: latitude, longitude. Geographical coordinates of the Asset.
Site Manager: select a from the list of users configured with this Role.
Electrical Supervisor: the default user set for the electrical discipline when an inspection is started.
Mechanical Supervisor: the default user set for the mechanical discipline when an inspection is started.
Custom Fields: extend the Asset data scheme with your own fields. Custom Fields are defined in the
Options menu.
